Email trade@moose.lighting or call (571) 432-6928 with a link to the competing listing. We verify it, and if it qualifies we issue you a discount code that brings your total down to the competitor's price before you check out.

After you order

Found it cheaper within 14 days of your order date? Send us the link. If it qualifies, we refund the difference to your original payment method.

What qualifies

• The same item: same manufacturer, same model number, same finish, same size.
• Sold by a United States authorized dealer of that manufacturer, shipping to the contiguous 48 states.
• In stock and available to order at the quoted price at the moment we check it.
• The total delivered price, including shipping and any surcharges, is lower than ours.
• The listing is public and verifiable. We need a live link, not a screenshot.

What does not qualify

• Marketplace and third-party sellers: Amazon Marketplace, eBay, Walmart Marketplace, Etsy and similar.
• Unauthorized, grey-market, liquidation, auction, closeout, refurbished, open-box, floor-model or scratch-and-dent listings.
• Members-only, trade-only, employee or coupon-gated pricing that is not shown to the general public.
• Flash sales, doorbusters, limited-quantity promotions, Black Friday and Cyber Monday pricing, and any offer running less than 48 hours.
• A price that is itself the result of a competitor's own price match.
• Typographical errors and listings that are obviously mispriced.
• Bundles, quantity breaks, financing offers, rebates, gift cards, loyalty points and cash back credited after the sale.
• Custom, made-to-order and special-order items.
• Trade, hospitality and contract orders, which are quoted separately under our Trade Program.

Limits

• One price match per item, per customer, per order.
• We may decline a match, or limit quantities, where the competing price is below our own cost.
• Prices shown on moose.lighting reflect each manufacturer's minimum advertised price. A price match is applied as a discount at checkout or as a refund after the sale. It is not a change to the listed price.
• We may verify any listing, and we may change or withdraw this guarantee at any time. The terms in effect on the date of your order are the terms that apply to it.
